Description complète des menacesTexte détaillé évaluation IUCNExpert
This species is threatened by destruction and degradation of rainforest, as well as by pollution and modification of forest streams. In 2007, a population of this species in Terengganu State, Peninsular Malaysia was destroyed when a road widening and bridge replacement project resulted in wash-out of soil into the river, covering the entire subpopulation. It is also threatened by collection from the wild for the plant trade.
