État de la populationTexte officiel évaluation IUCNExpert
Most locations of Quercus delicatula are known only from herbaria collections and flora records. Some of these are very old (>100 years) and located in areas where major urbanization and land conversion have taken place (e.g. lowlands in large mountain areas or limestone complexes). Urgent re-assesment of the existing localities is needed to establish the presence of populations and extent of the distribution. The overall population is estimated at around 50 mature individuals, but this requires confirmation.
