Description complète des menacesTexte détaillé évaluation IUCNExpert
The forests in north west Yunnan are threatened by habitat fragmentation, excessive harvesting for fuelwood and timber, increases in tourism and unsustainable practices. These threats are due to the rapid development of social structure in Yunnan during recent decades.
Deforestation is also a big problem in Sichuan, due to industrialization and increasing population forests have been cleared for timber, agriculture and infrastructure. Illegal logging is also a problem in Sichuan. As this species is found growing in these areas it is likely it may be affected by habitat fragmentation and deforestation.
