État de la populationTexte officiel évaluation IUCNExpert
In Sibajak (1,500 m asl) and on Mt Talamau/Gunung Ophir (1,500–2,000) it was considered common (Valeton 1921). However, habitat degradation in parts of the distribution suggests that the population, in some areas, is declining.
