Description complète des menacesExpert
Forests of Borneo are under continuous threat of being logged and the land converted to e.g. palm oil plantation (WWF 2019). Around 20% of the tree cover within the extent of occurrence (EOO) was lost between 2000 and 2017 (GFW 2019).

Habitats préférentiels (classification IUCN)

  • 1_6Forest - Subtropical/Tropical Moist Lowland
Mesures de conservation recommandéesExpert
One collection was made in the Dulit Range National Park, in which this part of the population should be protected (Smith 1990, Protected Planet 2019). The species has not been recorded by BGCI (2019) to be grown ex situ.
