État de la populationExpert
The actual size of the population is unknown. It is known, however, that there are several subpopulations on Gunung Tahan: growing sparsely at higher altitudes (1,200 m) and more densely at lower elevations (1,090 m) (Lau and Lim, 2012). The subpopulations were observed to be vital (Lau and Lim, 2012) and Gunung Tahan's position in Taman Negara Pahang may have a stabilizing effect on the population.
