Description complète des menacesExpert

The forests of Borneo are under continuous threat of being logged and the land converted for e.g. palm oil production (WWF 2018). Within the extent of occurrence (EOO) there was 12% tree cover loss in 2016 compared to 2000 (GFW 2018). This would threaten the species as a whole even though it has on occasion been found in logged mixed dipterocarp forest (Poulsen 2006).
