There are no threats recorded for this species. However, its distribution area lies not far from the ski resort on Falakro mountain, so potentially it could be threatened by human activities, such as hiking, skiing. Moreover, the touristic growth of the area leads to expansion of the current infrastructures, which leads to a continuing decline in the quality and extent of habitat.
