Mesures de conservation recommandéesExpert
This species is reported as held in 62 ex situ collections (BGCI 2017). It is not known to what extent protected areas fall within the range of this species. It is desirable that representative stands should be put aside as protected areas, while it is used locally as a reforestation species. Meanwhile, whenever possible, seed stock gardens should be established. This species can be propagated by seeds or by layering. This species was assessed as Endangered in the World List of Threatened Trees (Oldfield et al. 1998) and as Least Concern in the Red List of China (Ministry of Environmental Protection and the Chinese Academy of Sciences 2014).
