État de la populationTexte officiel évaluation IUCNExpert
The population of Bulbophyllum alleizettei is currently thought to be decreasing since the species habitat is threatened by forest clearing due to mining activities and forest degradation by slash-and-burn practices (tavy) and forest exploitation to timber harvesting for small-scale subsistence. The number of mature individuals of B. alleizettei is not known and cannot be estimated since the species is an epiphyte growing on trunk of trees in humid and subhumid forests.
