État de la populationExpert
The population of Angraecum lecomtei is currently thought to be decreasing since one occurrence on the mine footprint has been extirpated and its habitat is threatened by forest degradation due to selective logging, wood collection for small-scale subsistence, fire, and slash-and-burn agricultural practices (tavy), and by forest destruction due to mining activities. The number of mature individuals cannot be estimated since the species is an epiphyte growing on lower branches of trees in humid forests.
