Description complète des menacesTexte détaillé évaluation IUCNExpert
The Karamoja District in Uganda is used by local people to rear cattle, sheep and goats (Thomas 1943). It is likely that the grassland bushland habitat in this region is overgrazed and that erosion is a problem. The region experiences periodic droughts (as in 2009), but the plants are probably adapted to these extremes.
